NiceHair already had a loyal customer base, but to grow to the next level, they needed to expand their core audience and become inclusive of anyone in search of personal care products.
How did we tell their story?
We didn’t want to just talk about product portfolio, but rather the identities of different users as reflected in their use of products. With the brand platform that we developed, NiceHair moved from an inside-out to an outside-in approach, focusing on inspiration, identification, and lifestyle. The storytelling focuses on emphasizing feelings like self-care, confidence, and the ability to become the best version of yourself.
